500W, 13V Uni-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor Bare Die (TVS) for wirebonding
Polarity configuration is top side Anode and bottom side Cathode. These bare die are metalized with Aluminium topside and Gold backside for use in wirebonding and hi-rel applications.
