200W, 13V Uni-directional Transient Voltage Suppressor Bare Die (TVS) for wirebonding
Polarity configuration is top side Anode & bottom side Cathode. These bare die are metalized with Aluminium top side & Silver back side for wire-bond assembly. The small die size suits space constrained applications.
