Bare Die Data Sheet: 1N6642

High reliability small-signal diode for high integration hi-rel switch applications. The die is mechanically rugged with Au back metal for eutectic attach, is characterized over temperature & is supplied in multiple hirel grades.
Replacement for Microsemi (MSC), CDI 1N6642 or CD6642, Aeroflex / Cobham 1N6642 & Sensitron 1N6642 / 1C6642. Grades H & K are alternatives to JANHC1N6642, JANHCA6642 or JANKC1N6642, JANKCA1N6642. MIL-PRF-19500 equivalent flow can also be requested.
