30 Volt 15 Amp Schottky Rectifier Diode specified at 150°C maximum junction temperature. Metalized with Silver topside and bottom side for solder assembly.
Offering low reverse leakage current, low forward voltage drop and faster switching speeds than equivalent p-n rectifiers. This part is a replacement for International Rectifier (IR) or Vishay SC105S030S5B or SC105S030S6B.
