Bare Die Data Sheet: 1N5822


40 Volt 3 Amp Schottky Rectifier Diode specified at 125°C maximum junction temperature. Metalized with Aluminum on topside & Silver bottom side for wirebonding assembly. The device offers faster switching speeds than equivalent p-n rectifiers.
This part directly replaces Microsemi (MSC), CDI and Sensitron 1N5822 or CD5822. Orderable grades H & K are alternatives to JANHC1N5822, JANHCA1N5822 or JANKC1N5822, JANKCA1N5822. MIL-PRF-19500 equivalent flow can be specified on request.
