Bare Die Data Sheet: 1N5819


45 Volt 1 Amp rugged Schottky Rectifier Diode with specified avalanche characteristics and gold back metal connection for high reliability bare die applications. The device offers faster switching speeds than equivalent p-n rectifiers.
Replacement or equivalent for Microsemi (MSC), CDI CD5819 and Aeroflex / Macom / Cobham 1N5819 or Sensitron 1C5819. Grades H & K are alternatives to JANHC1N5819, JANKC1N5819. MIL-PRF-19500 equivalent flow can also be requested.
