The SiSTVSE5B ESD protects one single bidirectional line with fast response time and lower operating voltage.
Availability in bare die form delivers the smallest possible wirebond form factor. With only a single wirebond required this chip offers a highly space efficient single line protection versus larger TVS arrays with sub-optimal bondouts.

    • IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) ±15kV (Air), ±15kV (Contact)
    • Bidirectional channel
    • Low leakage
    • Low diode capacitance
    • 5V stand-off voltage
    • Simple bondout for bidirectional line protection
    • Very small form factor capable of ultra-thin height profile.
