Bare Die Data Sheet: SiSA4080


The SiSA4080 high-voltage current sense amplifier provides 4.5V - 76V range for both supply & common mode voltages. Simple operation via use of the monitored voltage as the supply enables high precision & stability across the full temperature range.
This bare die is produced using SOI (Silicon-On-Insulator) technology to deliver very high stability over temperature, industry smallest die size and higher frequency capability. The device is an improved replacement for MAX4080 or LMP8480.
