Bare Die Data Sheet: 7805AC


7805AC 5-Volt positive regulator outputs up to 1.5A current & is ruggedized with internal current limiting, thermal shut-down & safe area protection. No external components are needed other than to enhance performance or increase design flexibility.
This device suits hybrid & MCM designers needing high reliability with fixed 5V positive voltage regulation. This bare die directly replaces National (TI) LM7805AC, UA7805A & Motorola (MOT) or ON Semi MC7805AC or MCC7805AC.
