This military temperature range quad low power low offset voltage comparator is a direct replacement for the National Semiconductor (NSC) or Texas Instruments (TI) LM139 MD8 & ST Micro or Philips (NXP) LM139. Also replaces Harris/RCA/Intersil CA139.
