This Silicon wideband NPN 7.5GHz transistor is suited for antenna and amplifier applications in the VHF and UHF frequency ranges.
Replaces obsolete Motorola MRF901, MRFC901, MRF911, MRFC911
This replacement part is electrically superior but not mechanically identical and will require modification for MRF911.
